Royce Global is seeking an energetic, aggressive, organized individual for an inside sales & marketing position. This position will assist in growing our business by developing marketing materials, attending/organizing trade shows, generating sales/prospect reports, and supporting the outside sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run and analyze weekly, monthly and biennial sales reports.
- Support the outside sales team by entering sample requests, price quotes, and other business development tasks.
- Generate leads/prospects through market research and warm/cold calling.
- Generate marketing materials, print and online, for salespeople and trade shows.
- Attend and organize trade show exhibitions.
- Maintain/develop company promotional items for trade shows and annual holiday gifts.
- Generate new product ideas while prospecting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of sales experience
- Some experience with a CRM/ERP System, preferably NetSuite
- Experience with ISO 9001 preferred
- Experience with MS Excel for reporting
- Experience with Photoshop/Illustrator preferred but not required.
- Some travel required (trade shows)
